O Motorhammer foi a banda criada em 2021 pelo baterista Edson Graseffi, para comemorar seus 35 anos de carreira completados neste ano de 2021.
A primeira ação da banda será lançar um album que comemorativo dessa data tão marcante na longa carreira do baterista.
"Eu tinha que comemorar estas 3 décadas e meia de carreira com algum lançamento que representasse tudo que vivI pela musica pesada em todos esses anos. Montar o Motorhammer e gravar esse album foi a maneira mais musical que encontrei para fazer isso. Afinal, não é toda hora que encontramos musicos com 35 anos de carreira initerrupta dentro do Metal no Brasil. Assim,eu convidei para formar o line up, o guitarrista e produtor Renato Haboryni, que vem do cenario do Thash Metal de São Paulo. Para a posição de baixista eu não tive duvida de chamar meu amigo e antigo baixista do Panzer, Daniel Corvo. O Corvo é um dos melhores e mais seguros baixistas com quem já toquei e foi a escolha mais acertada. Além de grandes musicos, são otimas pessoas para se conviver, são grandes amigos então estamos em familia."
A produção do album de estréia foi feita pelo proprio guitarrista Renato, que tem seu estudio de gravação.
"Este album traz musicas de quase todas as bandas antigas que toquei, é uma volta no tempo resgatando musicas incriveis que ficaram esquecidas em antigos discos e velhas fitas k7. Nós estamos reformulando os arranjos e letras das musicas, trazendo para o momento atual que estamos vivendo, isso esta tornando esse material incrivelmente atual e com um pé no passado clássico do cenário Metal de SP. Além disso pretendo lançar junto com o album um material bonus que mostrará fotos e a história por tras de cada musica, isso virá em formato de ebook, além de merchandising relativo ao lançamento"
Apesar de ser uma banda nova, a experiencia dos 3 membros faz com o processo de finalização desse album seja muito rápido.
"Além desse material que será regravado pretendemos lançar algumas músicas inéditas compostas pelo trio."

Motorhammer was the band created in 2021 by drummer Edson Graseffi, to celebrate his
35-year career completed in 2021.
The band's first action will be to release an album that commemorates this date so remarkable in the drummer's long career.
"I had to celebrate this 3 and a half decades of career with a release that represented everything I've lived through heavy music in all these years. Putting together Motorhammer and recording this album was the most musical way I've found to do this. After all, it's not. every time we find musicians with 35 years of uninterrupted career within Metal in Brazil. So, I invited guitarist and producer Renato Haboryni, who comes from the Thrash Metal scene in São Paulo, to form the lineup. I had no doubts to call my friend and former Panzer bassist Daniel Corvo. Corvo is one of the best bass players I've ever played with and it was the right choice. Besides great musicians, they're great people to hang out with, are great friends so we are in the family."
The production of the debut album was made by guitarist Renato himself, who has his own recording studio.
"This album features songs from almost all the old bands I played, it's a step back in time rescuing amazing songs that were forgotten on old records and old k7 tapes. We are revamping the song arrangements and lyrics, bringing it to the current moment we are living, this is making this material incredibly current and with a foot in the classic past of the Metal scene in SP. Also, I intend to release along with the album a bonus material that will show photos and the story behind each song, this will come in the format of ebook, plus launch-related merchandising"
Despite being a new band, the experience of the 3 members makes the process of finishing this album very fast.
"In addition to this stuff that will be re-recorded, we intend to release some new songs composed by the trio."

O EP " Round 35" , que comemora os 35 anos de carreira do baterista Edson Graseffi , foi gravado em 2 estúdios diferentes. A sessão de gravação de bateria foi feita no estúdio Orra Meu, de propriedade do guitarrista Marcelo Schevano (Golpe de Estado)
Logo em seguida todas as sessões de gravação de vocais , guitarras e baixos foram feitos no estúdio do guitarrista Renato Haboriny que assina também a produção do álbum.

line up como trio em 1997. Esta faixa foi lançada como parte da demo tape "Hanged Words", produzida na época no estúdio Mr. Som pelos produtores Pompeu e Heros Trench (Korzus) / Compositores: Marco Nunes , Edson Graseffi e Anderson França.

The EP Round 35 was recorded in 2 different studios, the drum recording session was done at the Orra Meu studio, owned by guitarist Marcelo Schevano (Coup de Estado) Soon after, all the vocal, guitar and bass recording sessions were done in the studio of guitarist Renato Haboriny, who is also responsible for the production of the album.
